Our Signature Chocolate Chunk Brownie has been a huge seller. Brownies are big favorites for a quick snack, after dinner dessert, and can even be shared over a glass of red wine. In general, the texture and consistency of brownies can vary widely.

At the Sweet Republik, we like ours more on the fudgy side – denser, and less like cake. Obviously a good dose of high-quality chocolate is added to the recipe to ensure a flavor that you won't soon forget.

Another big seller is the Sweet Republik Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with a Graham Cracker Crust. That's right, we take real hazelnuts, and grind them until they are a creamy in texture and smooth in taste. We mix the all-natural hazelnuts with a chocolate ganache and then pour the combination into our lightly toasted graham cracker crust. We can custom make these tarts with either milk, or 70% dark chocolate.

For a lighter summertime treat, our Sweet Republik White Chocolate Key Lime Tart is the perfect end to an outdoor bar-b-que or picnic by the water. We also make the Key Lime Tart in a graham cracker crust. We use high quality white chocolate and mix the ganache with the freshest seasonal key limes. Sprinkle with a few flakes of sea salt and you'll be headed to margarita ville.
