Ice Cream
- Kakaw Nib and Kream -- As one of our signature recipes, we took our classic sweet cream based and infused it with Kakaw Nibs to add an essence of chocolate flavor to this silky smooth ice cream.
- Salted Caramel -- First we start with a hand-made batch of caramel and balance it with a sweet cream base. We then add the right amount of sea salt which results in a light amber color and a deliciously deep and flavor-rich combination.
- White Chocolate Ginger -- We use only the best white chocolate and infuse our sweet cream base with fresh ginger. The resulting combination is both tangy and tart, with just the right amount of smoothness.
- Dulce de Leche -- Our hand-made cajeta is an old recipe which uses goat's milk. We then fold this into our cream base for a super rich combination which is the perfect finale to any Central, South American, or Mexican meal.
- Mint Chocolate Chip -- We take real mint leaves and infuse our sweet cream base with this refeshing herb. We then add chips of Kakaw 70% Dark Chocolate to provide an organic alternative to this classic combination.
Gelato
- Chocolate Gelato with Belizean Kakaw -- As one of our other signature recipes, we start with Kakaw, from the Belizean Chocolate Company, and develop a super-rich, but light, chocolate base. By minimizing overun during the production process, we maximize the creaminess of this classic favorite.
- Gianduja -- (pronounced gee-en-do-ha) We take roasted hazelnuts and combine them with our chocolate base to produce an all-natural version of this classic Italian favorite.
- Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate -- Roasted peanuts are ground until creamy smooth and then added to our chocolate base for a great tasting combination.
- Pistacio -- Like all of our nut-based recipies, we start by grinding up the roasted pistacios to form an all-natural and delicous paste. We then add the mixture to our sweet cream base to produce an amazing flavor combination that highlights the sutle flavors of the nuts.
Sorbets
- Cranberry Orange -- We start by using the highest qulity cranberries and adding just the perfect blend of hand squeezed Valencia orange juice. This tangy-tart combination is perfect year around and is complimented with a splash of Grand Marnier liquor.
- Watermelon Mint -- We choose deep-red colored watermelons at the peak of the season, infuse the base with fresh mint to make a a perfect summer treat for pools, picnics, or late-night parties.
- Lemon Apple Ginger -- This three-part combination is a flavor explosion and perfect for both winter and summer. The bite of the ginger perfectly compliments the lemon-apple combination.
